Before creating any documents you must first personalise your account. The company information you upload will automatically populate on your quotes, invoices, certificates, forms and emails. Select preferred merchants and manufacturers for speedier quoting and tailored special offers. The information you provide in your Company Settings will sync between the App and TradeHelp Office.
TradeHelp App for mobile
- Follow the prompt at the top of your news feed to ‘personalise your app’ or go to the main menu and select Settings followed by Account Setup
- Complete as many fields as possible (only fields with an asterisk are mandatory)
- Select Save
- You can return to the Account Setup at any time to update your information
TradeHelp Office for desktop
- Open TradeHelp Office in your web browser
- Select Settings
- Under the heading ‘Company’ see Update your company information and select Edit
- Complete the fields and select Save
- You can return to the Company Information page at any time to update your information
