Members of the free TradeHelp Buying Group can access cash back on over 150 products including boilers, and heating essentials from 17 leading manufacturer partners. A list of supported products can be found in the Buying Group pages of your app. See below to find out how to claim.
Purchases made on TradeHelp merchant terms
- If your purchase was made on your TradeHelp terms (and we therefore have your account number) from Wolseley, City Plumbing Supplies or James Hargreaves you do not need to provide proof of purchase. TradeHelp receive monthly activity reports from these partners and will automatically claim any supported products on your behalf
- Claims are made each month and deposited directly into your bank account once received from the manufacturer
- Please ensure you have provided us with the correct bank details to pay into. These can be provided over the phone or saved in your account settings via the app or TradeHelp Office
- Claims may not be valid on packs or products with other contract support
- You should expect the funds to appear in your account around 3 months in arrears. To see the latest payments owed, go to Buying Group in the main menu of the app to view your payments dashboard

Purchases not made on TradeHelp terms
- For purchases made from any other merchant, or for the merchants above if we do not have your account number, cash back can still be claimed but proof of purchase is required
- Please send your proof or purchase on email to [email protected] or upload to us via the app using the handy Document Upload section from the main menu of the TradeHelp app
- Claims are made each month and deposited directly into your bank account once received from the manufacturer
