New payment details can be added to your account at any time. If your payment details are due to expire/ have already expired you will be emailed via the subscription platform to let you know.

TradeHelp Office for desktop
- Open TradeHelp Office in your web browser and log in
- From the main menu select Settings and scroll to Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions and select Edit
- The Manage Your Subscription page details which plan you are on, and when your next invoice is due
- Underneath your current subscription you will see the heading Payment Methods and the option to Add
- Select Add and enter the details for your new payment method then Save
- The new details should save under your Payment Methods as Default
- Should you wish to delete old methods, simply select Remove
