Your TradePoint Card

Your TradePoint Card will be sent to the postal address we have on your TradeHelp account. Your membership number will also be emailed to you in the meantime and can be used for purchases before your card arrives. 

TradePoint encourage individual members of a business to have their own unique card. If you would like to order further cards for your team members please click here and provide your company details and the users names, along with the best postal address.

If you do not wish to be sent a TradePoint card to access your discounts, please click here to opt out.  If you have changed address since registering, please provide your new details. 

If you already have a TradePoint membership card, please click here and share your membership number to have the TradeHelp benefits applied, with no minimum spend, and in addition to any offers or promotions instore or online.

*If you do not opt out you should expect to receive your TradePoint Membership card within approximately 3 weeks. After receiving your card, TradePoint will not contact you directly unless you opt in separately to receive their own communications. TradePoint will share sales data with TradeHelp to enable us to measure the take-up of the scheme. Membership discount excludes delivery, gift cards, concessions, clearance (unless otherwise stated), selected smart home products, supplier quoted and selected made to measure products or Marketplace products on DIY.com. A card must be used once per year to remain valid.
