A service plan can be cancelled through TradeHelp Office HeatPRO if a customer has already signed up to that plan. Once cancelled that plan can then also be deleted from your records.
If you have created a plan which was never accepted then this can be deleted at any time.

Cancelling a plan
- Go to Service Plans from the main menu
- Scroll through the plans or use the search bar at the top to find the plan in question
- Alternatively you can go to the plan via the customer in the Customers page from the main menu. Select the customer and scroll down to Service Plans
- Select the plan to open the details page
- Select Cancel Plan in the customer banner
- Select Ok in the pop up confirm when prompted
Deleting a plan
- Go to Service Plans from the main menu
- Scroll through the plans or use the search bar at the top to find the plan in question
- Alternatively you can go to the plan via the customer in the Customers page from the main menu. Select the customer and scroll down to Service Plans
- Select the plan to open the details page
- Select Delete Plan in the customer banner
- Select Ok in the pop up confirm when prompted
