The email address provided when creating your account cannot be changed within the system once you have completed the sign up. Once created, only this address can be used to log into your account in future. There are some options however if this has accidentally been created with a typo or you wish to use a different address for communications.
Account email address
- If you realise the account was created with a typo within the email please contact TradeHelp as soon as possible. We can delete the account and you will be able to create a new one in the same company name using the correct address. This will delete anything you have already created in the account (ie saved settings, customers, quotes etc) so it is best to do this immediately.
- If you do not wish to change the log in address but would like to have your communications sent to a different email then this can be updated within the Settings (allowing you to receive all communication from the system to the new address whilst not having to restart your account). Please make sure you also contact the TradeHelp team at the same time to update your email within our internal communications for any special offers and updates on finance jobs.
