Before you create new document or appointment within the app you will first need to create a customer to save the action against.
TradeHelp App for mobile
- Select Customers from the main menu
- Choose the + button in the top right hand corner
- Enter the customers details and select Save
TradeHelp Office for desktop
- Select the Create Customer shortcut from the top of the home page
- Alternatively select Customers from the main menu and select the New Customer button in the top right
- Complete the customer details and select Save
