A Customer Satisfaction Note is required for any job completed on finance through TradeHelp.  It can also be completed for any job where you wish to obtain signed proof from the customer of their satisfaction with your work.  This provides an extra layer of protection and may prove useful against any customer complaints or issues in the future.

A Satisfaction Note can only be created against a quote saved in the TradeHelp software.  The software provides the ability for the customer to sign the form electronically on your mobile device.

Forms and certificates are created and sent from the Toolbox section of the TradeHelp app.  Once created they can be viewed, downloaded or printed from TradeHelp Office for desktop if required. 

TradeHelp App for mobile

  1. Select Toolbox from the main menu
  2. Go to General Forms and select Satisfaction Note
  3.  Scroll to find the customer and quote to which the satisfaction note will be linked.  Use the search bar at the top to search by name
  4. Select the Details arrow and answer the questions in the form 
  5. If the installation is being paid on TradeHelp finance then ensure to select the relevant form ie 0% or 9.9% finance as the wording provided will reflect that their Lender Loan Contract will proceed with the submission of this form
  6. If the form is for a boiler installation you will be required to provide the boiler make, model and serial number
  7. Once complete select Save
  8. Select Sign and ask the customer to read the information provided
  9. If they are happy, select Press to sign for the customer to provide their signature on the screen.  
  10. Select Save, then Submit
  11. Select View to view a pdf copy of the document
  12. Select Send to email the document to your customer.  Ensure the address is correct and press Send
  13. If the form is required by TradeHelp for the completion of a finance job, please also select Send to TradeHelp
