Create a Service or Maintenance Record against any customer saved in your account.  The software provides the ability for both you and the customer to sign the form electronically on your mobile device.

Forms and certificates are created and sent from the Toolbox section of the TradeHelp app.  Once created they can be viewed, downloaded or printed from TradeHelp Office for desktop if required. 

TradeHelp App for mobile

  1. Select Toolbox from the main menu
  2. Go to Heating Forms and select Service / Maintenance Record
  3. Select the + button in the top right hand corner to create a new record
  4.  Scroll to find the customer to which the Service/ Maintenance record will be linked, or use the search bar at the top to search by name
  5. Select the customer and confirm if the site address is the same as the customer’s address.  If not, select No and enter the site address
  6. Once in the form, select Details, complete the information, then Save 
  7. Confirm the addresses in the Address section
  8. Select Appliance Inspections, then the + button in the top right hand corner to add a new appliance
  9. Go through the form completing the appliance details (either free type or select from the blue arrow drop down lists) then Save
  10. Select Installation Details, complete and Save
  11. Select Customer Signature.  If the customer is present select Press to sign for the customer to provide their signature on the screen.  Alternatively select the toggle against Customer not present and Save
  12. Select Engineer sign off, sign and Save
  13. Select View to view a pdf copy of the document
  14. Select Send certificate to email the document.  Ensure the address is correct and press Send
