Create a Warning Notice against any customer saved in your account.  The software provides the ability for both you and the customer to sign the form electronically on your mobile device.

Forms and certificates are created and sent from the Toolbox section of the TradeHelp app.  Once created they can be viewed, downloaded or printed from TradeHelp Office for desktop if required. 

TradeHelp App for mobile

  1. Select Toolbox from the main menu
  2. Go to Heating Forms and select Warning Notice
  3. Select the + button in the top right hand corner to create a new notice
  4.  Scroll to find the customer to which the Warning Notice will be linked, or use the search bar at the top to search by name
  5. Select the customer and confirm if the site address is the same as the customer’s address.  If not, select No and enter the site address
  6. Once in the form, go through the Address details, check the information, then Save
  7. Select Appliance details, then the + button in the top right hand corner to add a new appliance
  8. Complete the appliance details (either free type or select from the blue arrow drop down lists) and the Defects identified and press Save.  
  9. Once saved, select Back and complete the Fault Actions, then Save
  10. Select Customer Signature.  If the customer is present select Press to sign for the customer to provide their signature on the screen.  Alternatively select the toggle against Customer not present and Save
  11. Select Engineer sign off, sign and Save
  12. Select View to view a pdf copy of the document
  13. Select Send certificate to email the document to your customer.  Ensure the address is correct and press Send
