Two or more customers can be linked within the software. For example the details of a tenant can be linked to that of the Landlord. The customer from which you link will always be the lead customer and the one you select to link to that customer to will be the ‘connected’ customer.
TradeHelp App for mobile
- Select Customers from the main menu
- Create a new customer or select the customer in question
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the + button next to the Connected Customers heading
- Choose to link to a new or existing customer
- Save to confirm the link
- The customer’s description will then change in the Customer page
TradeHelp Office for desktop
- Select Customers from the main menu
- Create a new customer or select the customer in question
- Scroll down to the Linked Customers section and select Link Customer on the right hand side
- Choose to link to a new or existing customer
- Select Link to Customer
- Save to confirm the link
- The customer’s description will then change in the Customer page
