TradeHelp App for mobile #
- Log out of your account if you are currently logged in
- Open the app and select Sign In
- Select Forgot Password underneath the Login button
- Enter the email address associated with your account and select Submit
- An email will be sent to your email address with a reset link
- Select Reset Password in the email and provide and confirm your new password
- Return to the app, selecting Sign In to log in with your new password
TradeHelp Office for desktop #
- Open TradeHelp Office in your web browser
- Select Forgot your password? underneath the sign in boxes
- Enter the email address associated with your account and select Submit
- An email will be sent to your email address with a reset link
