To save time creating an invoice, it is possible to take an existing quote and pull the details through to an invoice template.

Quotes and invoices can only be created on desktop in the TradeHelp Office upgrade packages, TradeHelp Office PRO and Office HeatPRO.  

If you are not on an upgrade package please create your quotes and invoices within the TradeHelp app by following the process below.  You can then log into TradeHelp Office for desktop to view, download and print these documents if required. 

TradeHelp App for mobile

  1. Select Quotes from the main menu and open the quote in question by selecting it
  2. Select Quote Action
  3. Select Create Invoice from the list
  4. A line item will automatically appear with the quote total and reference ‘As per your quotation’
  5. To edit the line item, swipe across the line from right to left to display the Edit button, make any changes and select Save
  6.  Items can also be added at this point
  7. Select number ‘2. Add Notes’ to enter any free type information you would like to show on your invoice and select Done
  8. Select number ‘3. Confirm / Send’ and choose the Invoice Status, Payment Terms and add any Discount
  9. To add any Payments you may already have received, select the Paid button and add
  10. To view the invoice select Review Invoice in the top right hand corner
  11. Select Invoice Actions and Email Invoice to send to your customer
  12. Check the email address and press Send, then send the quote through your mail account

TradeHelp Office for desktop

This functionality is not available in TradeHelp Office.  It will be available in TradeHelp Office PRO and Office HeatPRO soon.
