New payment details can be added to your account at any time.  If your payment details are due to expire/ have already expired you will be emailed via the subscription platform to let you know.

TradeHelp Office for desktop

  1. Open TradeHelp Office in your web browser and log in 
  2. From the main menu select Settings and scroll to Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions and select Edit
  3. The Manage Your Subscription page details which plan you are on, and when your next invoice is due
  4.  Underneath your current subscription you will see the heading Payment Methods and the option to Add
  5. Select Add and enter the details for your new payment method then Save
  6. The new details should save under your Payment Methods as Default
  7. Should you wish to delete old methods, simply select Remove
