The Heating Quick Quote is the simplest form for gas or oil installations and can be sent as a cash, credit or finance* quote. (*See also Apply to offer finance.)
All key products from leading merchants are featured to make the process as simple as possible. Average retail prices are shown as an indication but the total quote price can be edited before emailing to your customer.

Quotes and invoices can only be created on desktop in the TradeHelp Office upgrade packages, TradeHelp Office PRO and Office HeatPRO.
If you are not on an upgrade package please create your quotes and invoices within the TradeHelp app by following the process below. You can then log into TradeHelp Office for desktop to view, download and print these documents if required.
TradeHelp App for mobile #
- Select Quote from the main menu and choose the + button in the top right hand corner
- Select a customer or create a new customer using the + button in the top right hand corner
- Select Quick Quote under Heating and choose from Gas or Oil
- Select Boiler and Installation Essentials and work down the list adding the items you require, selecting from the drop down and choosing a product each time. Ignore any sections that are not relevant
- Use the filter icon in the top right to refine the search of manufacturers or enter a product name in the search bar
- Once all the Boiler and Installation Essentials have been added, select Done and complete any other relevant sections in the same way
- Select Review Quote to see a list of materials and select the Next arrow in the top right corner
- Add any labour or amend your quote total
- Add any deposit
- To view the quote select View in the top right hand corner
- Select Quote Action and Email Quote once you are ready to send to your customer
- Select the payment type
- Check the email address and press Send then send the quote through your mail account
TradeHelp Office PRO and Office HeatPRO for desktop #
- Select the Create Quote shortcut from the top of the home page or select Quotes from the main menu and New Quote
- Find the customer or create a new customer using the New Customer button in the top right hand corner
- Select Create Quote on the right hand side of the customer
- Select Heating then Installation Quote
- Choose from Gas or Oil
- Select Boiler and Installation Essentials and work down the list adding the items you require, selecting from the drop down and choosing a product. Ignore any sections that are not relevant
- Use the filter icon in the top right to refine the search of manufacturers or enter a product name in the search bar
- Once all the Boiler and Installation Essentials have been added, select Done and complete any other relevant sections in the same way
- Select Save
- A deposit can be added in the top banner by selecting the Deposit price link
- A discount can be applied by selecting Discount above the quote total
- The quote total can be amended by selecting Change Total
- Select View Quote from the top banner to view the quote pdf
- Select Email Quote from the top banner to send to your customer choosing the payment option from the drop down list
- Check the email address and press Send
